JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a Junior Assistant Store Manager (40 hr) for our Armani store in C.C. Madrid Río , to support the Store Manager in the daily supervision of the sales team and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

PURPOSE

As a member of the management team, you will report to the Store Manager and help maximize sales and service performance by leading from the front and being a role model to the team. You will use your product knowledge and leadership skills to drive the team and deliver a world-class service every time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and encourage the sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly store targets.
• Maximize sales opportunities and ensure world-class service delivery.
• Carry out any reasonable requests made by the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist in coaching sessions to develop the team’s luxury service skills.
• Follow grooming guidelines and are incorrect season uniform at all times.
