Its Technology Centre is at the core this activity, with a strategy based on consolidating already existing developed technologies, as well as the development of new technologies in different sectors.This allows research and development to be carried out at all levels, from laboratory work to pilot testing and demonstration activities, as well as basic or advanced engineering in any area.We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced R& D Project Manager that being part of our Technological Innovation Area and be involved in key Innovativa International Projects, will lead our efforts in development of innovative CO2 capture technologies. Under the supervision of the Unit Head, the ideal candidate will be responsible for directing innovative projects, coordinating engineering teams, and collaborating with external partners to improve ongoing developments and initiate new ventures in carbon capture technologies.Responsibilities : Lead engineering team and manage R& D projects in CO2 capture to meet strategic milestones and project objectivesCoordinate with national and international external partners in co-development initiativesMonitor the design, implementation, and evaluation of carbon capture technologies from lab to market-ready, including pilot scaleConduct technical and economic analyses of proposed solutionsPresent written and oral reports and results to senior management and project partnersSeek and identify new opportunities for technology and business developmentManagement Skills : Experienced in team leadershipExpert at participation and preparation of industrial R& D projects funded by national and European institutionsProficient at technology surveillance and seasoned at intellectual property managementHighly skilled in written and oral communicationTechnical Requirements : Advanced competence in carbon dioxide (CO2) captureCompetences in CO2 valorization is a plusExperienced in laboratory and pilot plant scaleWe offerCompetitive salary depending on level of experience.
