You will partner with customers to ensure they get the best out of our solutions. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and building effective relationships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact via telephone and email
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Orchestrate across teams for seamless onboarding and support
Gauge customer engagement and provide feedback for solution improvements
Maintain a cadence of communication with customers about their account health and opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications
An established background in Account Management with a subscription product
A proactive growth-focused mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to adapt to various audiences and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team
