Director Of Sustainable Finance

About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our efforts in the carbon market.

As Head of Carbon Markets, you will leverage your extensive background in voluntary carbon markets and sales acumen to maximize revenue, manage buyer relationships, and support organizational growth in climate-focused financial products.

You will report directly to the CEO who will rely on you for the definition and deployment of a sales strategy for our projects' carbon credits, securing spot deals and long-term offtake agreements from buyers.

• Develop and implement plans for selling soil carbon credits, aiming to maximize value and build strategic relationships with aligned buyers.
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with potential buyers and intermediaries.
• Lead negotiations and maintain an up-to-date database of buyer insights and feedback.
• Support carbon project development and insetting initiatives;

participate in internalproject teams.
