What You’ll Do

As a

Lead Electrical Engineer PV

, you will take ownership of the

technical design, planning, and implementation

of rooftop and ground-mounted

solar power plants

, with a strong focus on the

AC side

Your key responsibilities include : Electrical design and dimensioning of

rooftop and ground-mounted photovoltaic systems (PV plants) Preparation of

one-line diagrams

and

electrical schematics

control and protection concepts

, and

electrical layouts

in compliance with relevant standards and regulations Coordination with

grid operators

certifiers

, and

project partners

to ensure smooth integration and compliance Supporting the

installation, commissioning, and operation

of PV systems Ensuring full adherence to all

safety standards

legal requirements

, and

customer specifications Participating in

project coordination meetings

and contributing to project management activities Building and maintaining strong

customer relationships

to foster long-term collaboration and future project opportunities

What You Bring

Education :

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in

Electrical Engineering

Power Engineering

, or a related technical field Experience :

Minimum of

5 years of professional experience

in

power systems

renewable energy

, or

photovoltaics

(preferably in Germany) Mobility :

Willingness to

travel occasionally to Germany

as required Languages :

Fluent in English (German is a plus) Soft Skills :

Strong

team player

with excellent

organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage complex projects independently and deliver results under pressure.

Customer-oriented

solution-driven

Previous

project management experience

is a plus
