About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing various tasks related to Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal HR : Identify dismissal situations, support the HR Legal team in dismissals, and serve as point of contact on HR Legal issues.
- HR Operations : Manage employees on SAP and SF platforms.
- People Administration : Oversee payroll, taxes, social security, reporting, global mobility, and contract management.
- Compliance & Policy : Perform tasks related to general administration of payroll and contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Analyzing HR Data : Report on monthly data quality control in the HR Platforms (Org streamlining, SF, SAP), export data from the platform, and send it to the payroll team.
Requirements
Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or related fields, preferably with a postgraduate or master's degree in a related area and additional training in HR tools.5+ years of experience in People Operations or a similar HR role, with a focus on process design.Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Spain.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with meticulous attention to detail, proactivity, self-starting, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.Fluency in Spanish and English.What We Offer
