Descripción del trabajoDegree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or related fields, preferably with a postgraduate or master's degree in a related area and additional training in HR tools. 5+ years of experience in People Operations or a similar HR role, with a focus on process design. Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Spain. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with meticulous attention to detail, proactivity, self-starting, and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Fluency in Spanish and English.
About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing various tasks related to Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal HR : Identify dismissal situations, support the HR Legal team in dismissals, and serve as point of contact on HR Legal issues.
- HR Operations : Manage employees on SAP and SF platforms.
- People Administration : Oversee payroll, taxes, social security, reporting, global mobility, and contract management.
- Compliance & Policy : Perform tasks related to general administration of payroll and contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Analyzing HR Data : Report on monthly data quality control in the HR Platforms (Org streamlining, SF, SAP), export data from the platform, and send it to the payroll team.
