We are seeking a Labor Relations Advisor to join our Global People Operations team. This role provides expert employment law guidance to internal stakeholders across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations while aligning with corporate standards. You will manage complex labor matters, collaborate with external legal counsel, and play a key role in global workforce transitions and strategic people initiatives.

Support equality plans and collective workforce adjustments in Spain within a global context.

Proven experience in labor relations within a global organization.

Strong expertise in Spanish employment law, including collective workforce adjustments and equality plans.

Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
