Our client, a fast-growing digital solutions company, is seeking an Innovation & Strategy Coordinator to join their Valencia office.

Your Role

  • Lead initiatives to shape the company’s digital product strategy and innovation roadmap.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams—including design, engineering, and marketing—to implement new solutions effectively.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.
  • Track performance indicators to evaluate the success of initiatives and propose optimizations.
  • Communicate project progress, insights, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product strategy, digital innovation, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a talent for problem-solving and translating insights into actionable steps.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing stakeholders at different levels.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian is required
  • Proven experience delivering user-focused and commercially successful initiatives.
