Lead Developer - Programador full stack

Fullstack Lead Developer (React + Supabase) — Barcelona or Remote (EU / CET±2)

Our mission

We are building AI products that go from slide to production quickly. We seek someone to lead development, set technical standards, and turn ideas into measurable features within weeks (not months).

What you'll do

Lead the end-to-end technical roadmap (architecture, quality, security, performance).

Build modern frontends (React / Next.js + TypeScript) and lightweight backend on Supabase (Postgres, Edge Functions, Auth, Storage).

Integrate AI (LLMs, embeddings, vectors, prompts, evals) into real features : semantic search, assistants, automation.

Mentor 1–3 developers, conduct code reviews, and improve DX / CI / CD (Vercel / GitHub Actions).

Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to prioritize impact (experiments, A / B testing, analytics).

Requirements (essential)

5+ years building production products (not just internal projects).

Strong in React / Next.js and TypeScript.

Hands-on experience with Supabase (or similar stack : Postgres + serverless / Edge).

Launched and maintained features utilizing AI (OpenAI / Anthropic or others).

Ownership culture : you understand context, propose, decide, and deliver.

Clear communication in Spanish; professional / technical in English.

Plus

Testing (Vitest / Playwright), web security, performance (Core Web Vitals).

Webhooks, queues, workers.

Twilio / Whisper or voice-AI.

Data : product metrics (PostHog / GA4 / Looker Studio).
