Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to promote the franchisee journey and enhance the company's reputation.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience through the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute recruitment strategies, including cross-functional collaboration and project coordination.
• Track and analyze recruitment data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Refine the franchisee profile and recruitment process to reflect evolving business needs.
