We are supporting a major global consulting team on an engagement with a leading energy organisation and are looking for an experienced Technology Advisory / IT Operating Model Consultant to join the project.

You will be integrated directly into the consulting team, helping drive the As-Is assessment , technology diagnostic work , and early design of the future-state IT operating model . This role is ideal for someone with strong IT strategy experience, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to produce high-quality consulting outputs under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct as-is assessment of IT processes, service domains, technology categories, and vendor landscapes
• Analyse cloud, infrastructure, application, and SaaS environments to identify improvement opportunities
• Support the development of insights , category reviews, and early recommendations
• Produce high-quality client-ready slide decks , models, and diagnostic outputs
• Work closely with the Senior Manager and wider consulting team to shape the future-state design
• Participate in interviews, workshops, and internal discussions to validate findings
• Contribute to roadmap development for the To-Be operating model
