Fragances Maintenance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Fragrances Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for leading the daily preventive and corrective maintenance operations at the fragrance packaging department at the plant.

Your main focus :

Responsible for people management and organization; weekly leadership of a team of 60 technicians.

Maintenance leader of PKG MKG.

Management of the top 5 priorities of the plant daily.

Managing mandatory yearly training plans.

Daily / Weekly DDS of priority lines.

Monthly review of 100% of packing lines' performance.

Weekly follow-up of PM KPIs (BD % PM).

Workshop and Spare Parts management (2 inside teams).

Machine safety owner for Granollers site; LOTO leader.

SOP development for new machinery PM plans.

Assets management.

Fragrances CAPEX and OPEX management accounts.

Maintenance budget creation for FY.

Production administrator management, hiring, and FTE budget control.

Maintenance CR360 management.

Task force assistance for priority lines.

The team includes a Corrective Coordinator, a Preventive Coordinator, 6 Shift Coordinators, and around 60 mechanics.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You enjoy problem-solving. As an experienced Maintenance Manager, you are result-oriented and energized by working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Additionally, you :

Hold a technical degree in industrial engineering or maintenance fields.

Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in sectors like pharmacy, food, cosmetics, or automotive.

Possess leadership experience with strong communication and coordination skills.

Demonstrate analytical thinking.

Can work and lead autonomously.

Have a good command of English and advanced Spanish skills.
