Senior Java Engineer (IT Lead)

Requirements :

• You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications.
• You will participate in technical requirements analysis and solution design.
• You will mentor and support junior and intermediate developers.
• You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• You will conduct code reviews and apply coding standards.
• You will collaborate on release planning and effort estimation.
• You will identify performance bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
• You will integrate with other systems and technologies using REST APIs, message / event queues, and file sharing.
