Descripción del trabajoYou have at least 2-3 years of experience in the commercial sector. A background in sectors such as the chemical industry or Flavors & Fragrances is highly valued. A higher education degree in economics (Business Administration, etc.) or chemistry is considered desirable. Experience with ERP systems like Navision is a plus. You possess excellent English language skills. The option to work remotely one day and two afternoons per week. Flexible working hours. Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new markets.
- Manage customer relationships through open and effective communication.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements.
- Prepare customized offers.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences.
- Address customer complaints and follow up on their resolution.
- Gather and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Compile activity reports.
- Maintain accurate customer databases.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other departments.
