Key responsibilities - Responsible for the daily operation, optimization, and maintenance of key business systems in the EU region, including IDMS, SAP, CMS, FSSC, Lark OA, MES, LES, etc. - Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements from end-users across multiple business lines, coordinating with HQ IT teams for system implementation, configuration, and development. - Ensure smooth system performance and data flow across platforms, proactively troubleshoot issues, and guarantee system stability and uptime. - Support system integration between European subsidiaries and HQ, ensuring data consistency and alignment with standards. - Provide user training, prepare technical documentation, and continuously improve system usability and efficiency. - Collaborate closely with finance, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to optimize digital workflows and business automation. - Ensure all system operations comply with internal IT governance, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements. ✅ Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related majors. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in business system operation, implementation, or support within multinational or manufacturing environments. - Proficiency in SAP (especially logistics, finance, and manufacturing modules), IDMS, MES, LES, OA, and related business systems. - Understanding of full business process flows, including production, logistics, finance (AP / AR), and order-to-delivery (OTD) processes. - Experience in system deployment, configuration, and cross-platform data integration projects. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with excellent communication and documentation skills. - Good communication skills in both Spanish and English. - Chinese language is a plus. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
