Do you want to be part of the solutions architecture team helping to establish Amazon Web Services as a leading technology platform?

As a Solution Architect within the Global Sales of Amazon Web Services (AGS), you will help shape and deliver a strategy to build mind share and broad use of AWS utilities within strategic accounts (EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, CloudFront). Your responsibilities include owning the technical engagement and developing deep AWS expertise to guide how applications and services are constructed on the AWS platform.

The ideal candidate will have customer-facing skills to represent Amazon in a customer environment and drive discussions with senior personnel, along with a technical background enabling interaction with developers and architects. You should be able to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Solutions Architecture team to ensure customer success in building applications and services on the AWS platform.
• Scope each customer engagement with clear objectives and success criteria.
• Own each engagement and help ensure timely and successful delivery of value.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the solution architect community.
• Understand the AWS market segments, customer base, and industry verticals.
• Understand and use Salesforce.com and other internal Amazon systems.

Ukrainian language proficiency is required for this role.
