Research Project Manager

About the Role We are looking for a Research Project Manager to lead international B2B market research projects. You will own the entire project lifecycle : writing proposals, leading client kick-offs, managing internal teams, and delivering insights that help top-tier clients make strategic decisions.

What are you going to do 10% kick-off sessions with clients

10% presenting insights and recommendations to clients

30% project-based meetings and brainstorming sessions

20% working on reports

What You Bring We are seeking a professional with proven leadership in market research. You will succeed in this role if you have :

A degree in social sciences, economics, psychology, sociology or data analytics

5+ years of experience managing research projects and teams within a market research agency or similar working environment

Strong analytical and consultative mindset

Ability to handle multiple projects and client relationships

Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

A structured, quality-focused work style
