About the position

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you'll be part of an exceptional team of over 30 SQL and data visualization specialists, focusing on specific problem areas to ensure that every decision in the Marketing team is data-driven.

Your daily tasks will include conducting data analysis to help decision-makers maximize digital traffic sources’ return, sizing the impact of flows and communications to different audiences, including CRM campaigns managed through Braze. You'll work closely with Engineering and follow agile methodologies, fostering knowledge sharing within the department.

If you're passionate about managing large volumes of data, you'll be pleased to know we leverage two different data warehouses, Google BigQuery and Amazon Redshift, along with multiple data sources related to digital networks and our customer engagement platform, Braze.

We also work with one of the largest Tableau Server platforms in Europe, sharing analysis, visualizations, and Self Service Data Sources to make data accessible company-wide.

You will :

  • Lead technical data projects to enhance Marketing analytics capabilities, including :
  • Exploit large-scale data warehouses through efficient SQL queries.
  • Define ETL processes and abstract data models using Airflow.
  • Document and maintain code and queries in Gitlab.
  • Create analytics reports with Tableau to communicate results and monitor KPIs.
  • Conduct exploratory analyses to shape future projects and provide actionable insights.
  • Define KPIs and present findings to the Marketing team and senior management to guide decisions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to define and design data integration events.
  • Help design and define events with Engineering for network and platform consumption.
  • Develop Data Sources to empower the organization through trusted data exploration environments.

Our ideal candidate has :

  • Strong alignment with our principles .
  • 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Proficiency in writing and understanding complex SQL and working with large datasets.
  • Experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Product Analytics experience with Amplitude, Datadog, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Bonus points :

  • Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
  • Certificates or a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing.
  • At least 2 years of specific digital marketing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing attribution modeling.
