General Electrical Engineer (Renewable Energy)

BELECTRIC España was founded in 2024 with the goal of developing photovoltaic and energy storage projects, covering the entire value chain—from development to operation and maintenance.

Position

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities :

Technical Coordination of PV and BESS Projects with the respective project stakeholders.

Electrical Design of PV and BESS in line with Belectric and local requirements / standards.

Supporting sales activities as well as project execution with technical design including Bill of Materials.

Defending the design against employer´s consultants.

Monitoring project progress from design to implementation.

Ensuring that projects are completed within the established deadlines, while meeting cost and quality standards.

Collaborating with other company divisions, such as procurement and sales and especially the Engineering Team in the German Headquarters to ensure that all aspects of the project are covered.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements :

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, in Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Several years of professional experience in the field of PV Design.

Excellent skills in using MS Office products, basic Skills in EPLAN and AutoCAD.

Strong proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

Strong communication skills to work within and across international and intercultural project teams.

Availability to travel worldwide (up to 30%).
