Senior Mobile Device Specialist

Overview

Responsibilities

• Mobile Device Support : Provide technical assistance for smartphone, media tablet, iPhone / iPad hardware issues.
• Configuration Management : Install managed configurations, certificates, and applications on mobile devices.
• MDM Solutions Deployment : Deploy and configure Mobile Device Management solutions to ensure secure and efficient management of mobile devices for end users and industrial environments.

Qualifications

We require strong knowledge and hands-on experience with leading MDM solutions such as Ivanti EPMM, formerly known as Mobileiron. Additionally, you should have expertise in mobile device platforms (iOS, Android) and their ecosystems. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for success in this role.
