AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain -

#Discover I 2026 / 2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed

an exclusive program (Discover)

designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined

with an 11 month internship at Airbus

in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h / week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description :

Optimization of Airbus Commercial Getafe assets portfolio through continuous challenge and strategic analysis of priorities and drivers of all requested needs.

Support in the construction of the Airbus Getafe Operational Planning for each coming years.

Support for the analysis and recommendations, for top management approval, of the overall investment portfolio for all Plant initiatives.

Permanent support to the drumbeat, control & reporting of CapEx.

Analyze and challenge all individual CapEx projects

Support the ensurance of the CapEx Target adherence year by year.

Support the Capex Local tool development with an external supplier ensuring the E2E execution and implementation

Support and participate the Local MFT Capex with HOs CDTs, project leaders and functions involved to report the progress of the projects and state a clear action plan in case of deviations.

Support the communications with Central Capex department and report to the follow up of the milestones (Forecast, MR, MPR Light and audits).

Engineering or similar.

English and spanish fluent.

Soft skills required : Good Communication, dynamic spirit, creativity and proactivity.

Your Profile

Recently graduates / Master students.

Studies in engineering (aerospace, telecommunications, industrial, mechanical, chemical),

English : negotiation level.

Spanish : negotiation level.

Team spirit and great collaboration skills.

Ability to work in complex and international environments.
