Edged Spain has an exciting opportunity for a Data Center Site Contract Administrator . In this position, you will work directly with the Data Center Site Manager and Regional Contract Administrator and be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data center budget.

The Data Center Site Contract Administrator needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Manage the monthly KPI reporting process

Manage vendor purchases orders and daily support to the site manager

Coordinates with other departments on issues related to contract documents, procedures and internal reports

Establish a strong business partner culture on the site in order to achieve defined targets by combining different skills

Conduct quarterly audits of physical inventory and processes compliance to validate internal controls

Supervise KPI´s & SLA´s vendors’ agreement

Internal and customer audit support and coordination

Manage documentation to comply with the company and customer processes

Support operation and project teams

Develop timeframe model for PO management and Supplier support

Facilitate weekly and monthly reports with main stakeholders, depending on the control area (Internal and customers)

Manage contract documentation

Supervise and follow PO processing and vendors payments

Skills & Requirements

Education / Experience

Professional experience of minimum 5 years in mission-critical industries

Experience managing Opex budget

Experience and knowledge of ISO 9001, 14000, 50000.

Experience in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and SAP
