Your role highlights Recruting&Selection : - You will be responsible for the management of the selection processes under your responsability- You will do a proactive recruiting in social networks and maintain our internal SanLucar talent pool- You will continuously improve the talent acquisition processes- You will participate in employer branding activities, such as employment fairs- You will support the internal and external communication, also in cooperation with our Communication&PR team- You will support our organization and structural development Become SanLucarian - What’s in for you? German and / or another language is plus- You gained around 5 years experience in HR & talent attraction (selection)- Consolidated role in an HR function in a multinational company- You have an excellent handling of Outlook and MS Office (specially Excel)
