Join Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP as a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative for our dynamic Online Travel Department! You will assist Spanish-speaking clients with their inquiries regarding travel bookings, provide information about destinations, and resolve any issues they may encounter during their journey. Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with their travel inquiries, bookings, and modifications in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of travel products, services, and destinations offered by the company.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the travel team to ensure a seamless customer experience and implement best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new offers, products, and travel policies.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centered approach.
  • Strong ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel industry, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms.
  • Passion for travel and eagerness to help customers plan their perfect trips.
