Your role

Your role We are looking for a strategic IT Manager responsible for overseeing a company's information technology systems, ensuring they align with business goals. This includes managing IT staff, implementing and maintaining IT policies and infrastructure, and ensuring the security and efficiency of the company's technology systems.

This IT Manager role also plays a key role in planning and executing technology upgrades, managing IT budgets, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Your Journey

• Lead and coordinate the IT team (Helpdesk, Networks, Cybersecurity).
• Oversee daily IT operations across all properties and offices.
• Plan and manage IT projects, including ERP, PMS, IoT, automation, and integrations.
• Ensure service quality, uptime, and adherence to internal SLA's.
• Collaborate with departments such as Operations, Finance, Revenue, and HR to align IT solutions with business needs.
• Contribute to the definition and execution of the company’s IT road map and long-term strategy.
