The role

You’ll lead design for a key domain within Preply’s largest product tribe - central to our mission of helping people unlock their potential through language learning. This domain spans 5–6 cross-functional squads shaping how learners and tutors experience our platform.

• You’ll guide the design direction for your area and act as its craft leader - setting the creative standard and helping others reach it. Working closely with Product and Design leadership on defining the strategic direction, you’ll ensure design decisions align with user needs, product vision, and business goals. Your work is bold, beautiful, and boundary-pushing;

you bring imagination and precision to every detail while elevating the quality of design across your teams.

You’ll coach and inspire designers to raise their bar, grow their craft, and design with clarity and intent. As the tribe continues to evolve, you’ll play a key role in shaping how design scales - creating experiences that feel effortless, human, and distinctly Preply.
