Overview Deputy Head of IT Risk & Cybersecurity SSC W / M at BNP Paribas Personal Finance. You will join SE.T - BNP Paribas Personal Finance International Shared Service Center, supporting the governance and evolution of IT risk and cybersecurity services for BNP Paribas Group entities worldwide.

About The Job : We are looking for a Deputy Head of IT Risk & Cybersecurity to strengthen the governance and delivery of IT risk and cybersecurity services, in line with Group practices, and to grow our international client base.

What You Will Do Your mission will be to support Shared Service Centre governance and evolution through cost-effective solutions to improve security posture, delivering operational security expertise (Build) and support (Run) via skilled staff in alignment with Group practices.

Services Planning And Coordination

Manage activity from a team management perspective (contracts, client relationships, providers, and KPI reporting).

Provide estimations, planning for development activities, and ensure team alignment to achieve results.

Services Management

Govern existing services and contribute to the development of new IT Risk & Cyber services with stakeholders (corporate IT Risk, Local IT Risk, and Business).

Support transversal projects to foster efficiency objectives.

Empowerment Of The IT Risk & Cyber Teams

Develop and empower IT team members, focusing on individual skills, aspirations, and development needs to prepare for current and future challenges.

Lead the team to ensure cooperation, quality, and prioritized action plans.

Team Leadership And Management

Manage workload planning, staff holidays, absences, backups, recruitment, mobility, and onboarding; evaluate daily work and conduct annual appraisals.

Oversee budget monitoring and other people-management topics.

Operational Delivery Coordination

Coordinate delivery teams to guarantee application and infrastructure operations quality.

Build trusted relationships with corporate and local IT risk teams with formal follow-ups and mutual prioritization of demands / backlogs.

Ensure proper functioning of applications and infrastructures serving the Business.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve service delivery efficiency.

Apply best practices and lessons learned; stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.

What We Are Looking For Advanced university degree in computer science, Information Security, Business Administration and / or Management.

5+ years of IT service management or IT delivery management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Experience in providing structured IT services to clients.

Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to inspire cross-functional teams.

Solid understanding of IT RISK and cybersecurity; certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISC, CISSP are nice to have or desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).

Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems development lifecycle, and software development processes.

ISO 31000 Lead Manager, ISO 27005 Risk Manager, and ITIL project management certifications are a plus.

Experience working in more than one location / country is considered essential.
