Our platform provides alignment guardrails and compliance monitoring to ensure AI systems are trustworthy.We’re hiring a Backend Engineer to design and scale privacy-first backend systems, APIs, and services that meet enterprise-grade security and compliance standards.What you’ll do : Build and maintain backend APIs and services.Implement security & privacy safeguards (SOC2, GDPR, ISO 42001).Support Saa S, VPC, and on-prem deployments.Collaborate across engineering, ML, and compliance teams.What we’re looking for : 3–5+ years backend engineering experience.Strong Python (Fast API / Flask / Django) + Postgre SQL.Cloud + Kubernetes / Docker.Data security expertise (encryption, IAM, logging).Bonus : VPC / on-prem experience, regulated industries, g RPC / distributed systems.Remote | Competitive comp + equity | High-impact roleTo apply send your resume to
