The candidate must be capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders, ensuring that data governance practices are not only followed but continuously improved.

What you’ll do Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of data governance policies and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective data management practices.

Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate data governance strategies.

Develop and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding for new team members.

Work closely with data stewards, business units, and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and resolve data quality issues.

Maintain and continuously improve documentation related to data governance standards.

Organize and lead data governance meetings, discussions, and workshops.

Drive change management initiatives within data governance.

What you bring Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Data Governance.

Strong understanding of data complexity.

Experience in handling change management processes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Fluent in English.

Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
