Job Title : AI & People Transformation Specialist

Siteliot is a Barcelona-based startup in the New Space sector, offering global and continuous connectivity to all elements of the massive Internet of Things (IoT) universe under the 5G protocol.

We are launching a constellation of last-generation nanosatellites located at low altitude acting as mobile towers. Our team complements large telecommunications companies by providing them with necessary infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not arrive.

Your Mission

You will design and implement AI-driven solutions simplifying processes and elevating the employee experience.

Your Main Responsibilities < / p

• AI applied to HR : collaborate in designing, testing, and implementing AI solutions across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and learning & development.
• Process Automation : create and optimize AI-powered workflows reducing repetitive tasks, streamlining HR operations, and enhancing employee experience.
• Research & Innovation : proactively explore and test emerging AI and digital tools driving pilot projects bringing measurable innovation to HR practices.
• Strategic HR Enablement : collect relevant information, analyze trends, and transform them into actionable insights strengthening organizational culture and informing evidence-based decisions.
• Implementation Partner : act as a bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders ensuring successful adoption, integration, and scaling of AI-driven initiatives.
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration with Data specialization, or completion of a recognized AI-related course or certification.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and programming (Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, Python, or R).
• Strong interest in Human Resources and Organizational Culture, with sensitivity to the human side of technology and data.
• Advanced English level for documentation, tools, and international collaboration.
• Key soft skills : teamwork, curiosity, continuous learning mindset, results-driven orientation, and effective communication.
