We are partnering with a tech-enabled professional services buy and build seeking an M&A Manager to lead acquisitions in Spain.
The Role :
This position will be based in Madrid and focused on sourcing and executing acquisitions with recurring revenues between €1M–€5M. You will take full ownership of the M&A lifecycle, from origination through to deal execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end M&A process : origination, evaluation, execution, and integration
- Manage multiple live deals simultaneously
- Conduct financial due diligence, build financial models, and support negotiations
- Drive the acquisition of 5-10 businesses annually
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and external advisors
