Your Mission

You’ll be the technical owner of Thrillz, leading all client-side and backend development. You’ll guide a team of 3 developers, oversee architecture and code quality, and ensure features are delivered efficiently and maintainably.

You’ll work closely with the CEO (Antoine), CPO (Benjamin), CTO (Ayrton) and Senior Producer (Kevin) to bring new product ideas to life — from concept to release.

ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership

• Own and evolve the app’s overall architecture (client + backend integration).
• Write and maintain high code quality standards, enforce best practices, and conduct code reviews.
• Define technical priorities and balance new feature delivery with technical debt reduction.
• Coordinate sprints with the Producer (Kevin) and ensure dev tasks are delivered on time.
