Job Title : HCL Notes Senior Developer

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 6+ years of experience in HCL Notes / Domino application development to drive business growth through expert design, development, and enhancement of applications.

Responsibilities : Design, develop, and enhance complex applications within the HCL Notes / Domino platform to meet business needs.

Customize workflows, forms, and databases to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.

Integrate applications with third-party systems and APIs to expand functionality.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose innovative solutions.

Key Requirements : Strong experience in HCL Notes / Domino application development and maintenance.

Proficiency in LotusScript, JavaScript, and Java programming languages.

Understanding of relational databases (SQL Server) and database management.

Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, REST APIs).

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management principles.

Knowledge of modernization strategies for HCL Notes applications and legacy system integration.

Excellent communication skills, teamwork mindset, and attention to detail.
