About the Role As a Validation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the Enterprise Service Management platform (ServiceNow & UiPath) is validated and compliant with industry standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and train Standard Operating Procedures, maintain the validated status of the system, and ensure compliance with GxP requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities Validate and ensure the Enterprise Service Management platform (ServiceNow & UiPath) is validated and compliant with industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and train Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Maintain the validated status of the system and ensure compliance with GxP requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications At least 2 years of professional experience in IT, with a focus on validation in a GxP environment

A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or comparable professional experience

Experience as a validation manager or in a validation environment

Fluent English (spoken and written) and native Spanish

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Results-oriented, with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

Experience supporting LeVA system life cycle documentation
