Overview

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the company’s technology environment. This role ensures that all systems, hardware, and software operate smoothly while providing timely technical support to employees. The specialist also contributes to projects and initiatives that strengthen efficiency, security, and overall IT performance across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable system performance.
• Manage company devices and equipment, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and connectivity.
• Oversee user access and permissions across internal tools and systems.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by managing IT setup for new and departing staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in the rollout of new software, hardware, and system upgrades.
• Help enforce IT security protocols and participate in regular compliance checks.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and technology optimization.
