Log cases in CRM systems follow-up and track outcomes

Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality

Candidate Profile Spanish native / C2 B2 English proficiency

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Willing to relocate to Greece

Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus

EU passport or Greek residency card
