Senior Expert in Odoo Solutions

Job Title : Sr. Odoo Functional Consultant Description :

Analyzing client business processes and refining them to meet their needs.

Configuring, customizing, and installing Odoo modules to meet customer requirements.

Delivering functional support to consultants.

Conducting gap analysis and proposing optimal solutions within the Odoo ecosystem.

Leading and documenting testing, training, and deployment processes.

Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, economics, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with Odoo ERP.

Expertise in Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, Contacts & Website Odoo modules.

Strong understanding of business workflows and how they map to Odoo.

Ability to configure and customize Odoo without direct development.

Skills in writing functional specifications and translating business requirements into stories.

Experience with testing, UAT, and training users on Odoo systems.

Proficiency in documenting business processes and system setups.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Task-oriented with the ability to understand and manage expectations.

Team player with a collaborative attitude.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous learning.

Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.

Preferrably based in Seville or nearby.
