SRE Senior Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SRE leader to oversee all operational and infrastructure-related functions. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring service availability, performance, and scalability in production environments.

Responsibilities :

Lead all operational and site reliability engineering (SRE) functions.

Oversee capacity planning and drive change management initiatives.

Implement automation for platform service delivery and operations using infrastructure-as-code and monitoring-as-code methodologies.

Partner with development teams to manage microservices at scale across the platform.

Maintain system uptime through proactive alerting, continuous dashboard monitoring, and comprehensive incident playbooks.

Work collaboratively with application and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.

Coordinate with architecture and security teams to establish and maintain enterprise-grade standards and practices.

Own compliance initiatives and manage audit readiness, including evidence collection for regulated deployments.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing cloud engineering and SRE team.

Lead 24 / 7 on-call operations teams supporting global customer bases.

Demonstrate success in fostering a customer-centric, SRE-driven operational culture.
