The Main Event : What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

• Talent Acquisition : Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales positions, source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
• Candidate Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensure a positive and professional experience, and keep them informed about the hiring process, company culture, and career opportunities.
• Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS, track candidate status, provide timely reports to stakeholders, and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
