Position

Full-time Research Assistant I (holding the functional title of Data Analyst) in the Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref. : ) to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Medicine, Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Evidence of academic excellence in undergraduate / postgraduate studies.
• Strong written and spoken proficiency in Chinese and English (e.g., TOEFL / IELTS).
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in programming (e.g., R / SAS / STATA).
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The appointee will have ample opportunities to collaborate with professorial and research staff, gaining valuable experience in advanced statistical programming and big data cohort analysis to develop a research career.
