Senior QA Engineer – SaaS

Our client, a global technology platform driving innovation in IT and data intelligence, is expanding its Quality Engineering team and is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to help shape the next generation of scalable, high-performing SaaS solutions.

You will join a cross-functional engineering team, collaborating daily with developers and product owners. As a hands-on QA Engineer, you will lead automation strategy, embed quality throughout the development cycle, and help evolve the client’s quality culture.

This is a role for someone who loves to experiment, automate, and improve, not just test. Define, develop, and maintain automated test suites (Cypress, Playwright)

Collaborate with developers to ensure quality is embedded from the start

Analyse complex SaaS architectures (microservices, MongoDB, Clickhouse) to identify risks

Lead initiatives to improve tooling, frameworks, and test efficiency

Act as a QA advocate, mentoring peers and championing best practices

4+ years’ QA or Automation experience in SaaS or microservices environments

~ Strong JavaScript skills with exposure to C# or Java

~ Proven experience with Cypress or Playwright for automation

~ Solid understanding of CI / CD and Agile methodologies

~ Excellent English communication and collaboration skills

~ Experience with non-relational databases (MongoDB, Clickhouse) and mentoring or QA leadership exposure.
