Descripción del trabajoInvestigating and supporting any connectivity problems raised by the Supply team Working on ongoing improvements to the system to optimize service and performance Acting as the go-to contact for all Channel Managers Becoming a trusted reference for all things related to Connectivity within Weekendesk Content creation & quality control Deep knowledge of tools (especially Backend) Client and solution orientation Language skills & communication Constant process optimization The team is divided into 4 areas, and you'll join one of its pillars : Connectivity . Get hands-on experience in a technical and operational role. Learn from a talented team who knows our tools inside and out. Gain insight into how an e-commerce travel platform operates from behind the scenes. Join a vibrant, multicultural team with plenty of social events and perks. A student currently enrolled in studies (Operations, Business, Engineering, Tourism… all welcome!). Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly with advanced proficiency in Excel and its functions. Proactive, curious, and ready to learn. Analytical and enjoys working with KPIs and processes. Able to prioritize and multitask efficiently. Experience in tourism (a plus -but not mandatory!) Languages : English required, with basic level of Spanish & French. (Italian or Dutch are a plus!) You’ll work at the heart of the business, supporting key processes between our system and Channel Managers platforms. You'll be trained and supported by one of the most experienced teams in the company -and over time, you'll learn and contribute across other areas of Operations.

You'll be part of the Connectivity area of the Operations Team, which is in charge of :
Channel Manager Connections
- Activation / deactivation of new connections
- Monitoring of existing connections to ensure smooth functionality
- Managing test bookings and assisting with any Channel Manager questions
