Electrical commissioning supervisor (expat)

Intecsa Industrial and Initec Energia, belonging to Vinci Group, are focusing their areas of activity on the execution of national and international turnkey engineering projects for the hydrocarbon and energy industry. What are we looking for? We are looking for an Electrical Commissioning Supervisor with a minimum of 10 years' experience in EPC projects, as well as experience in commissioning power plants and combined cycle plants. This role is an expat position in Uzbekistan. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate, and supervise the testing, start-up, and handover of the electrical systems of a combined cycle power plant, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, schedules, and project technical specifications. Develop the electrical commissioning plan in collaboration with engineering, construction, and operations teams. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project control staff. Oversee testing of medium- and high-voltage electrical equipment (transformers, circuit breakers, busbars, cables, UPS, protection and control systems, etc.). Review and validate FAT / SAT protocols, ensuring compliance with IEC / IEEE standards and client specifications. Manage the progressive energization of electrical systems. Technical and other requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. Experience : 5+ years in electrical commissioning of power generation plants (preferably combined cycle with gas and steam turbines). Languages : Spanish and English, fluently technical and speaking IEC, IEEE, and NFPA 70 E standards. Protection and control systems, relays, SCADA / DCS.
