We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Analyst with fluent English to support investment and development decisions on a freelance, hourly basis. Analyze land , buildings, and new development projects.

• Provide a fast accurate land valuations and comparative market analyses.
• Deliver fast, data-driven insights and clear recommendations.
• Gather information from both official / national data sources and property portals.
