WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our Worldwide IT team, you will provide support to our users and their projects' IT infrastructure. Your main tasks will include :

Supporting users through the help desk

Installation and configuration of hardware IT equipment

Installation and configuration of software solutions (virtual machines, Operating Systems, antivirus, etc.)

Troubleshooting issues across multiple systems and technologies

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for an IT technician with a background in IT support and an interest in growing as an IT expert. Main requirements are :

Experience and knowledge in Microsoft Administration : Windows Domain (Azure & On-premise), O365, Exchange Online, Windows 11, and troubleshooting (helpdesk)

Experience with Hardware Environments : rackmounting, installing and configuring hardware (servers, KVMs, switches), designing hardware systems, cabling and labeling

Knowledge of Linux Administration : familiarity with systems and Linux commands

Knowledge of Virtual Environments : virtual machines and virtualization platforms (mainly VMWare)

Networking knowledge : understanding of network devices, their operation, and troubleshooting commands

Availability to travel occasionally
