Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Consultant candidate with excellent sales skills, strong relationship and negotiation abilities, and experience in the residential sector. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, autonomous, analytical, methodical, communicative, proactive, and eager to learn, to join the Colliers office in Marbella.

Responsibilities

Integrated within the Residential Sales Advisory Department, your main responsibilities will be :

• Commercial responsibility in project sales.
• Direct project management : coordination and execution of visits, meetings, client follow-ups, and signing of deeds.
• Marketing : coordination and advice to the developer; contact with the developer's marketing department for the execution of defined marketing actions.
• Negotiation, completion, and closing of contracts.
• Responsible for including project-related information in Salesforce and the client's CRM.
