Overview

You’re a collaborator who loves solving problems with technology and using strong interpersonal and organizational skills to build positive relationships. You will work with the ERP team to collect information, analyze requirements, and provide technical and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and map processes to application requirements
• Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to meet client needs
• Lead or participate in workshops with clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions, addressing gaps detected during prototyping
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are included in specifications and functions
• Create or evaluate documentation of business processes to identify and link functional and non-functional requirements
• Document settings and prepare clients to use the system
• Support testing of the proposed system and train users
