How do we ensure that?
From day one, you will have a mentor with you, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You’ll have regular 1 : 1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you’ll work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
What will you do?
You’ll be part of an international team focused on a software solution within the Pharma industry. This role is a true partnership with the Project Leader, requiring a blend of strategic support, hands-on coordination, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities Project Governance & PM Excellence : Establish and manage PM processes and structures, ensuring their adoption across the project team and stakeholders.
Act as the central point for all project data, managing communications for any changes.
Guide the team in preparing for key project milestones and regulatory checkpoints, ensuring all requirements are met.
Integrated Planning & Scheduling : Develop and maintain integrated project plans.
Proactively tracking the critical path, identifying dependencies, and highlighting potential bottlenecks or delays before they occur.
Analyze the impact of changes, risks, or issues on project plans, proposing mitigations to keep projects on schedule.
Serve as the dedicated Project Risk Manager, driving the implementation of our risk management framework.
Challenge and support the project team to ensure high-quality risk identification and mitigation strategies are in place.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Define, measure, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Prepare consolidated project status reports and manage project information.
Serve as a key consultant to the Project Leader and team members on all project management activities, standards, and best practices.
Proven experience in a Project Management (PM), project coordination, or project support role.
Deep understanding of project management methodologies and the entire project lifecycle (setup, planning, execution, control, closure).
Expertise in project scheduling, resource planning, and budget control using standard PM tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks, analyze dependencies, and track critical paths.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the confidence to lead meetings and consult with senior leaders.
A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
