Head of Marketing, Remote, Blockchain Experience

Looking for someone from a major protocol or DeFi project only.

We need experience from a major protocol, layer 1 or DeFi for this role. Built by a global team from leading technology, finance, and crypto backgrounds and backed by top-tier investors, they are looking for a Marketing Lead / Head of Marketing to shape and scale their brand.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies across social, content, and events.
Collaborate with product, design, and business teams on launches and partnerships.
Manage and grow community engagement across platforms like Twitter and Discord.
Analyze performance data to refine campaigns and drive measurable impact.
Stay ahead of blockchain, DeFi, and web3 trends to inform positioning.

Requirements

Proven success running marketing campaigns and growing communities.

Strong understanding of DeFi, NFTs, and the wider crypto ecosystem.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Experience across both traditional and web3 marketing is a strong plus.
