Customer Service & Asset Specialist
based in
Madrid
As the primary point of contact for customers in Spain, this role ensures a seamless customer experience through effective onboarding, order-to-invoice management, and ongoing operational support. You will work closely with internal departments to address customer needs, contributing to quality, efficiency and continuous improvement across our processes.
Customer Relationship Management & Support
Act as the primary point of contact for customers in Spain, ensuring prompt and professional support
Support customer onboarding and build long-term relationships
Support customers in reporting and resolving quality issues, working closely with the Quality team
Order, Asset & Data Management
Support import and export activities and manage transport-related coordination
Maintain accurate customer and asset master data, with a strong focus on reporting
Manage the web store and support price calculation activities
Support sales activities and basic purchasing-related tasks
Prepare reports and analyses using Excel, including pivot tables
Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent experience in a customer service, logistics or administrative role
Very good command of Spanish and a solid level of English
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables and reporting)
Permanent contract with a competitive remuneration package

Offices in Vallecas, onsite position and going to hybrid model after 6 months
